I was recently a guest on the ComixLaunch podcast to talk about the ups and downs of running a Kickstarter. In hindsight, I did leave out a couple things but I feel like it’s a good explanation of what goes on when running a Kickstarter campaign. Learn from mistakes I’ve made and lessons I’ve learned and also check out all of the advice Tyler offers. The man knows his stuff.

Other than that, things are going well. I have some news that unfortunately will have to wait until next month but I am pretty excited to share it with people.

Lastly, I hope to get Professionalism lettered sometime next month. Sorry for the gap. Just been taking time to handle the Kickstarter and some real life stuff.

Oh hey there, I realize I never made an update on this page.

Well, the book has been funded! Hooray!
The funds are going through, right now! Hooray!
Two backers’ funds didn’t go through and they got dropped. Aw…
But it wasn’t enough to effect the Kickstarter as a whole! Hooray!

I’m going to be putting together the goals for the stuff that can be done immediately (digital rewards, Black & White Books, stickers, etc.). After that, I’ll probably work to get more stuff up on the site. I know it’s been lacking.

But thanks to anyone who backed or shared the campaign with people. I appreciate it. If you didn’t get the chance to see the Kickstarter and want a copy of the Clusterf@#k TPB, it will be in stores next year.

Man, this whole Kickstarter has had it’s up and downs but as of right now, we are definitely up!

We crossed over the $2,000 mark and are almost at 50%! It was slow going, but I’m confident that it will continue building until it hits the end goal.

Thanks to everyone who has backed so far and if you haven’t backed, there are still eight days left. Don’t be left out! If you don’t want a copy of the book then there are cheaper rewards as well. Get on it.
