Things have been quiet here and that’s been because I’m pushing to get projects ready for 2017 (some new and some not so new). First, I’m putting a few short crime stories I’ve written into a collection called Career Criminals. It will be collecting Job Security, Professionalism, and New Management. Last month, I did a segment with Eye on the Arts and spoke about writing comics. Halloween isn’t until Monday, but that doesn’t mean I can’t hit you with some new Clusterf@#k art by Diego and Kote featuring baby Jim and Karl running from the dreaded bag-snatchers. Jim and Karl’s costume should be pretty obvious, but I’m wondering if most people will get who the bag-snatchers are dressed as. Maybe. In other news, I will be set up at Tenth Planet tomorrow for their Halloween ComicFest event from noon to around 4pm. If you live in the Schererville area, don’t hesitate to drop by. So, we’ve successfully made it into October without the entire country collapsing on itself (though it feels like it’s well on its way).
